RULES & REGULATIONS (mail us at prakasamtrust@gmail.com if you need further information) APPLICATION FORM

·         Maximum length of the short film should not exceed 12 minutes
·         Last date for receiving entries is Tuesday 22 January, 2013
·         Entry Fees per each short film is Rs. 100
·         You can mail us your film or put it up on youtube or any other website and mail the link to us (we shall then be putting this link/video on www.facebook.com/prakasamtrust for voting)
·         A panel of judges from film industry will select the final five films to be screened on the finale
·         The best movie and other categories would be selected on the show dates by voting at the venue in the given time frame
·         All voting should be completed within 1800 hours, votes given to us after 1800 are invalid
·         Each ticket bought at the venue will get a ballot paper to vote for the movie
·         We will have five judges screening the initial entries which will count to 50% of the selection to final five
·         The remaining 50% will be based on number of likes which the movie has got on www.facebook.com/prakasamtrust which is the official page for hosing all the short films
·         Parameter for our selection of your performance to festival would be Theme, Presentation, Work on Acting & Craft.
·         We would be selecting 5 top films which will inturn enter finals & one team will be announced winner amidst a gala audience and a chief guest from the film industry.
·         Awards to be given out at this festival are:
1.    Best Actor
2.    Best Actress
3.    Best Director
4.    Best DOP
5.    Best Music
6.    Best Craft
7.    Best Screenplay
8.    Best Film
