ಪ್ರಕಸಂ - ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಕಲಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಹಲವಾರು ನಾಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ ... ಯಾವಾಗ ಇದರ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ( intern) ಸೇರಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದಾಗ ಬಹಳ ಖುಷಿಪಟ್ಟೆ ..
ಯಾವುದೇ ಫಲಪ್ರದವನ್ನು ಬಯಸದೇ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಕಸಂನ ಭಾಗವಾದೆ ...
ದೂಸ್ರಾದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಕಲಿತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಶೂನ್ಯದಿಂದ ಶತಕದೆಡೆಗೆ ಚಲಿಸಿದ ಅಟಗಾರನ ಹಾಗೆ ... ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಓದಬಲ್ಲೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದೆ ನನಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವರವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅದೇ ... ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಾತ್ರದ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಓದುತ್ತಾ ಓದುತ್ತಾ ನಾನು ನಾಟಕದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಹೋದೆ ...
ನಾಟಕ ನೋಡುವುದು ಸುಲಭ ಅದರೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸುಲಭವಲ್ಲ .. ಏನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬೇಕು ಒಂದು ನಾಟಕ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಬ್ಬಾ .. ತರೆಯ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು ಒಂದಾ ಎರಡು ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಸಂನ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಶರಣು ಶರಣು ..
ಶೂನ್ಯದಿಂದ ಶತಕದೆಡೆಗೆ ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಬಂದು ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಕಲಿತ ಸರಿಸುಮಾರು ೫೦ ದಿನಗಳ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ನನ್ನ ದಿನಂಪ್ರತಿ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವೇ ಆಗಿತ್ತು ....
ಕೊನೆಯ ಮಾತು- ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಣ್ಣ ಪುಟ್ಟ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ ..

Does it pay to work for free
One of goal for theater department is to make the student to get there advanced skills and give them more confident. I joined Prakasam as intern for play doosra with very low expectations and with no hope, but at the end of the day I had beautiful journey working with this group and I learned more then I expected. One of the most inspiring part of these group is they work with passion for theater with no profit for them and it is great thing to give a chance to all begginers to step on the stage. It would really pay for you even though you work for free because kind of experiences and support is greater then any other valuable things.
Things that I have learned from my internship
• How to Get out of my comfortable zone
• Being confident
• Different tecnics they use to put up the play.

ಕಳೆದ 5 -6 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಆಫೀಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಚಿಕ್ಕ Skits ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇನ್ನು ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ಒಂದು ಯೋಚನೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಆದ್ರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಯ, ತಂಡ ಎಲ್ಲ ಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ ತಂಡ "ದೂಸ್ರಾ" ಪ್ರ.ಕ.ಸ೦. ತಂಡ.
ನನಗೆ ನಾಟಕ ಮಾಡೋದಕ್ಕೆ resume ಅಂತ ಏನು ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಅಂತಾನೂ ಗೊತ್ತಿರ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಏನ್ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ರು ಅಚ್ಚುಕಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಮಾಡೋಣ ಅಂತಹ ಅನ್ಕೊಂಡ್ ಶುರುಮಾಡಿದ್ದು,ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳು ನಂತರ ನಾನು ಇನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಅನ್ನೋ ಕಾನ್ಫಿಡೆನ್ಸ್ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ.
ಯಾವತ್ತೋ ಏನೋ ಅನಿಸಿದ್ದರ ಹುಡುಕಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಇನೇನೋ ಸಿಕ್ಕು,ಅದು ಆ ಮೊದಲು ಅನಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅದ್ಭುತವಾದದ್ದ, ಸುಮಾರಾದದ್ದ ಎಂದು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗದಿರುವುದೇ ಅಥವಾ ಉತ್ತರ ಸಿಗದಿರೋದೇ ಒಂಥರ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು, ಜನ ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತಾರೋ ಬಿಡುತ್ತಾರೋ, ಈ ಭಾಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಗೆಯಾಗುತ್ತೋ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ,ಏನಾದ್ರು ತಪ್ಪಾಯ್ತಾ, ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ನಾ – ಈ ಥರದ ಗೊಂದಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಮಾಡಿರೋದೇ ಒಂದು ಎಕ್ಸೈಟಿಂಗ್ ಆದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ.
ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಾಸ್ PD ಹಾಗು ಎಲ್ಲ ದೂಸ್ರಾ ಹುಡುಗರಿಗೂ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.
ಸಿಹಿ ಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ತಗೊಳ್ತಾ, ಕಹಿ ಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಹಾಕ್ಕೋತಾ, ಮುಂದಿನ ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತಯಾರಿ ಮಾಡೋಣ. ನನ್ನ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣವಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಮಾಧಾನಕರವಾಗಿ ಮುಗ್ಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ದೂಸ್ರಾ...... ಚಂದ್ರು.
ಸರ್ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮ್ ಟೀಮ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ತುಂಬಾ ಖುಷಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಟೀಮಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕ್ಷಣವೂ ಅವಿಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬಯಸುವೆ. ನಾನು ಇಂಟರ್ನರ್ ಅಂತ ಯಾವತ್ತೂ ಅನಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಪಿ.ಡಿ. ಸರ್ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಕೆಲವು ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದಾಗ ತುಂಬಾ ಸಂತೋಷವಾಯ್ತು. ಟೀಮ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತರನ್ನು ಕಂಡೆ. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಅಭಿನಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ನಾನೆಷ್ಟು ಕಲಿಯುವುದಿದೆ ಎಂದನಿಸಿದ್ದು ಸುಳ್ಳಲ್ಲ. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಉದಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ಅಭಿನಯ ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾವನ್ನಂತೂ ನಾನು ಮರೆಯಲಾರೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ 'ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮ್' ಟೀಮ್ ಗೊಂದು ಸಲಾಂ ಹೇಳಬಯಸುವೆ. ನಿರಪೇಕ್ಷ ಭಾವನೆಯಿಂದ ಟೀಮ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದೇ ಎಂದು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು 'ಪ್ರಕಾಶಂ' ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೇರಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಶಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಿಗೂ ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವೆ...

PraKaSam (Doosra) - Nitin
When I saw the audition call of PraKaSam team, I thought it would be great platform for me to showcase my talent, and I sent my details to the team. When I got a call from team I was happy to attend the auditions, but I was not confident enough of getting selected because I was just a beginner and I thought they may not like my acting. But after auditions when Sathish sir said that I liked your performance I got some ray of hope that I may get some character if not character, if not character atleast he may select m as a intern. Once rehersals started when he gave me character I was very happy to play that character, and started working on that and I got to learn many things from that character. Also I got to learn many things by looking at the acting of Sathish sir and Anjan who were great in there character. And also the team was very good very supportive, they dint treat me as a new comer and Sathish sir as a director was good, the whole environment was lively because of him. I have seen other directors who used to be very serious, but it was fun working with Sathish sir and team. Moreover I specially thank Sathish sir and team for providing me an opportunity to work with such a great team and I wish to work with you guys forever. Thank you.

ಈ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಟ್ಟಿಗಿನ ಒಡನಾಟದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ feelings ನ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ತಿದಿನಿ ಅನ್ನೂದೆ ನಂಗೊತರಾ ಖುಷಿ ಕೂಡ್ತಿದೆ...ಈ ಒಡನಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಂದಾನು ಕಲಿತದ್ದು ಅಪಾರವಾಗಿದೆ...ರಂಗಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಅನ್ನೊ ನನ್ನ ಬಹುದಿನಗಳ ಕನಸ್ಸನ್ನ ಇಡೆರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಡಿಪಾಯವನ್ನ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದ ದೀಪಕ್ಕ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು....ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನನ್ನ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕ್ಷಣವು ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿದ ತಮಗೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.....

ಸರ್ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮ್ ಟೀಮ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ತುಂಬಾ ಖುಷಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಟೀಮಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕ್ಷಣವೂ ಅವಿಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬಯಸುವೆ. ನಾನು ಇಂಟರ್ನರ್ ಅಂತ ಯಾವತ್ತೂ ಅನಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಪಿ.ಡಿ. ಸರ್ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಕೆಲವು ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದಾಗ ತುಂಬಾ ಸಂತೋಷವಾಯ್ತು. ಟೀಮ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತರನ್ನು ಕಂಡೆ. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಅಭಿನಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ನಾನೆಷ್ಟು ಕಲಿಯುವುದಿದೆ ಎಂದನಿಸಿದ್ದು ಸುಳ್ಳಲ್ಲ. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಉದಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ಅಭಿನಯ ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾವನ್ನಂತೂ ನಾನು ಮರೆಯಲಾರೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ 'ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮ್' ಟೀಮ್ ಗೊಂದು ಸಲಾಂ ಹೇಳಬಯಸುವೆ. ನಿರಪೇಕ್ಷ ಭಾವನೆಯಿಂದ ಟೀಮ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದೇ ಎಂದು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು 'ಪ್ರಕಾಶಂ' ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೇರಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಶಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಿಗೂ ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವೆ...

PraKaSam (Doosra) - Nitin
When I saw the audition call of PraKaSam team, I thought it would be great platform for me to showcase my talent, and I sent my details to the team. When I got a call from team I was happy to attend the auditions, but I was not confident enough of getting selected because I was just a beginner and I thought they may not like my acting. But after auditions when Sathish sir said that I liked your performance I got some ray of hope that I may get some character if not character, if not character atleast he may select m as a intern. Once rehersals started when he gave me character I was very happy to play that character, and started working on that and I got to learn many things from that character. Also I got to learn many things by looking at the acting of Sathish sir and Anjan who were great in there character. And also the team was very good very supportive, they dint treat me as a new comer and Sathish sir as a director was good, the whole environment was lively because of him. I have seen other directors who used to be very serious, but it was fun working with Sathish sir and team. Moreover I specially thank Sathish sir and team for providing me an opportunity to work with such a great team and I wish to work with you guys forever. Thank you.

ಈ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಟ್ಟಿಗಿನ ಒಡನಾಟದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ feelings ನ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ತಿದಿನಿ ಅನ್ನೂದೆ ನಂಗೊತರಾ ಖುಷಿ ಕೂಡ್ತಿದೆ...ಈ ಒಡನಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಂದಾನು ಕಲಿತದ್ದು ಅಪಾರವಾಗಿದೆ...ರಂಗಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಅನ್ನೊ ನನ್ನ ಬಹುದಿನಗಳ ಕನಸ್ಸನ್ನ ಇಡೆರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಡಿಪಾಯವನ್ನ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದ ದೀಪಕ್ಕ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು....ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನನ್ನ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕ್ಷಣವು ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿದ ತಮಗೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.....ಇಂತಿ
