Isila - is a fictional play written for the BSPF short play competition with the theme “kannadavendare”

Shiva a Kannada professor is frustrated like a lot of Kannadiga's with the slow progress that is happening in life and Kannada not adding value to his CV in this enormous world if opportunities. He is shown the way forward by aliens who have Kannada as the official language in their planet. The thought invoking play unfurls to define how a culture of a language in actuality helps an entire generation towards growth and prosperity. The twist in the tale is when a flashback connects the story to Nrupathunga Amoghavarsha and Kavirajamarga.. watch to know more
