Soumya Mallikarjuna an interesting enthusiast is now stepping the warm field of acting. By qualification a Telecommunication Engineer, currently working in Bharat Electronics Limited (B.E.L) as a testing engineer. Since childhood she is known for her cultural works in school and colleges like in dancing, acting, painting, sketching, debate, event organizing, murals and many more. She has been trained in SHAMIAK DAWAR  dance association for about six years on various dance forms and is given many number of dance shows in and outside the country. She has won a lot of awards and rewards for her belly dancing and contemporary dance form of art. She is been an active participant in CHITRA KALA PARISHAT for the showcase of her painting and sketches during their utsavs. Out of all work she loves to do, she took up "ACTING" on a serious note and is working very hard to win a lot of accolades on that in her baby steps itself .So far she is been associated with different directors and production houses for the love on acting and is got a strong urge on working with best of best directors to show up her acting prowess. A basis foundation on more of technical aspects on acting was been acknowledged by the AIKYA acting workshop (Sep 2012 - Jan 2013).She is actively improving on herself with Prakasam team and Aikya Team with working in their plays.
